Dubai Lagoon

 
Dubai Lagoon is a contemporary project which represents a unique apartment’s community destined to be surrounding a beautiful lagoon located in the middle of the new Dubai. The artificial lagoon creates a permanent romantic environment in a community which quickly became the dream of investors in Dubai.

With the apartments and the walkways surrounding the water, the constant system of the filtration of the lagoon maintains the freshness of the water, its blue sapphire colour, and the fact that it does not stagnate. In fact 50% of Dubai Lagoon represents buildings and the remainder is only landscape of greenery and water.

Located between two principal motorways, Dubai Lagoon is situated few minutes away from the new Jebel Ali Airport and just less than 12 km from the legendary Burj Al Arab.
Dubai Lagoon is adjacent to three golf courses, to Dubai Investment Park, to the Courtyard Marriott Hotel, and Dubai Business Park, and to important shopping centres like Mall off the Emirates (where the surreal Ski Dubai is located). With an entourage of various schools, stores, restaurants, and cafés, the life in Dubai Lagoon represents absolute comfort and luxury.

This project includes Studios and apartments of one, two, and three bedrooms and Penthouses. The sizes of the studios and the apartments vary between 40m² and 300m². Certain apartments with three bedrooms are duplexes. Penthouses’ sizes vary between 316m² and 326m².

The choice of the materials used is consistent with the contemporary and luxurious requirements of a modern apartment. The terms of payments for Dubai Lagoon are very attractive with 50% or 40% payable upon completion (depending if it is Phase 1 or Phase 2 of the project). Only few apartments are still on the primary market, and prices are starting from 175,000 Euros for one bedroom apartments.
