Marina is a district in the heart of Dubai, United
Arab Emirates, that has recently become known as
'new Dubai', It is located on Interchange 5 between
Jebel Ali Port and the area which hosts Dubai Internet
City, Dubai Media City and the American University
of Dubai, opposite to the Jumeirah Lake Towers,
and directly facing the ocean.
The marina is entirely man-made. The marina will
contain over 200 high-rise buildings and some super
tall skyscrapers, and comprises an area of 4.9 million

towers of the Jumeirah Beach Residence. Upon completion
(the first phase of this project has been completed),
it is claimed to be the world's largest man-made
marina. This development will accommodate over 100
thousand people in their luxury apartment towers
and villas, with a unique waterfront view.
The first phase of Dubai Marina's development started
four years ago and included six freehold waterfront
apartment towers, the Dubai Marina Towers. The second
phase of Dubai Marina's development includes the
construction of several towers, some of which are
already completed and mainly offer 1 to 3 bedroom
units. Consequently the majority of the properties
on Dubai Marina are completed, already sold and
even occupied. Few projects are still in construction
in the final phase of this immense development,
and thus it is high time to invest in Dubai Marina
before it is too late.
In spite of the construction sound, Dubai Marina
is one of the hottest areas in Dubai, and accordingly
the rents and selling prices are constantly increasing.
