Dubai Festival City

Dubai Festival City is located less than five minutes away from Dubai’s award-winning International Airport, with easy access from the new Garhoud and 12-lane Ras Al Khor bridges. Spread over 1300 acres, Dubai Festival City has over three kilometres of Creekside Corniche.

The landmark 2.1 million square foot urban retail resort combining Festival Waterfront Centre and Festival Power Centre forms the epicentre of Dubai Festival City and is one of the UAE’s most exciting retail, dining and leisure destinations. The retail resort will have 550 shops, including many new-to-market specialty boutiques and international brands. There will be over 90 international restaurants, bistros and cafés throughout the resort including 40 al fresco dining venues along the water. Canal Walk is providing al fresco waterside dining along two levels of terraced walkway, offering the largest and most diverse collection of international restaurants, cafés and bistros in Dubai. A fleet of Abras (water taxis) are transporting guests along the length of the Canal.

'The Link' creates seamless connectivity between Festival Waterfront Centre and Festival Power Centre. Within the Link will be the 25,000 square foot Dubai Gold Marketplace featuring the largest selection of the best gold retailers from around the world.

At the heart of Dubai Festival City's retail resort is Festival Marina – a 250 metre wide cosmopolitan luxury yachting hub surrounded by fine dining, shopping and five-star accommodation bringing to Dubai a lifestyle reminiscent of Cannes and Nice. Festival Marina will be a key asset in Dubai’s growing position as an emerging yachting destination, with an extended marine leisure season and a winter that offers sunny skies. Offering over 100 berthing facilities, Festival Marina will be a chic meeting place with a back drop of sleek boats, yachts and motor launches. It will be joined by a number of other stylish marinas in the long term, spaced throughout Dubai Festival City which will utilise the majestic Creek to full advantage

When complete, Dubai Festival City will accommodate 70,000 residents living in 20,000 homes, from large luxury townhouses to spectacular high rise apartments; offering a range of lifestyles for families, singles and working professionals.

Luxury, style and convenience are the buzz words that describe Dubai Festival City’s hospitality offering – the largest single project hotel cluster in the Middle East. Comprising some of the world’s leading hotel management brands, Dubai Festival City will have over 2,500 rooms, catering to every taste in major hotel chains like the Intercontinental, Crown Plaza, Four Seasons, etc.

Upon completion, nearly 3 million square feet of office space will be available in a range of architectural styles and configurations from waterfront boutique offices to high-rise executive suites. With easy access to a championship golf course (Al Badiya Golf Course) and a luxury marina, 90 cafés and restaurants, over 550 shops and a 12-screen cinema complex, connected to international hotels and superior conference facilities, the ultimate executive lifestyle is here.
