Set
in a sprawling 800-hectare development, International
City is a one of a kind, pre-designed complex that

The Central District will comprise of 34 plots that
will be sold to independent developers. The owners

and commercial area for more than 3,000 Chinese
companies and traders to display their wares and
brands. The dragon's head will serve as its main
entrance with access from the Dubai/Hatta road.
With 2,000 parking spaces, this development will
house showrooms, shopping areas and restaurants
and will be a tourist attraction in its own right.
Forbidden City will be a replica of the biggest
and best-preserved cluster of ancient buildings
in China and will spread over 240 thousand square
meters. It will accommodate authentic residential
and retail outlets set amidst awe-inspiring gardens,
museums and performance courts.
The Residential District is spread
out across 300 hectares of land, featuring 2,100
studios (44.5m²) and one bedroom apartments
(66.5m²) that can accommodate more than 60,000
people. The Lakes District will comprise of 60
hectares of lush green landscape that borders
a serene lake. It will contain 24-26 buildings
with a total of 1375 apartments, which are either
2 or 3 bedroom duplex apartments from 150m²
to 170m² each.
The project features an abundance
of retail outlets, amphitheatres and restaurants,
to ensure that the residents feel completely at
home. Along the main axis of the development are
a series of plots with every conceivable amenity
that a community needs. Schools, post offices,
