The
Fire course comprises 7 residential communities
built according to the Tuscan Mediterranean theme,
reflected in the materials chosen in the finishing
of the villas including stucco walls, rough stones
and bricks. The Fire will be planted with a wide
variety of dramatic flora that has been carefully
selected to reflect the overall theme and to enhance
the existing environment.
Overlooking the third and fourth holes, warm citrus
colours dominate the Napa Valley style landscape
of Orange Lake, with 68 villas sweeping down towards
the shimmering lake that lies at its centre. Rosewood
features a stunning landscape of pink, with 66 four,
five- and six-bedrooms villas centred on a tranquil
sunken garden and fountain. 'Garden rooms' offer
informal shaded seating areas from which to enjoy
the stunning views over the Fire course's 9th and
10th holes.
Comprising 68 villas overlooking holes 13 to 16,
Sienna Lakes is characterised by abundant nature
strips and landscaped parks, framed by the waterways
from which it takes its name. Sienna Views have
34 villas at the border of the 13th and 14th holes.
A central fountain provides the focus for this richly
planted estate, with a nearby paved piazza forming
a natural community gathering place.
Planted with wild, native grasses and vibrant gold
and honey coloured flowering plants, Amber Way harmoniously
blends with the Fire course. 69 villas surround
a central lawn providing an ideal spot for recreation
and relaxation. 21 villas overlooking the third
and fourth holes to the northern end of Fire compose
Orange Grove. With 99 four and five bedrooms villas
lying at the boundary between the Fire and Earth
courses, Flame Tree Ridge features panoramic views
of both courses.
