Jumeirah
Islands is a new developed community. It’s
a cosy little area in the proximity of the famous
Meadows development, Jumeirah Lake Towers and Jumeirah
Park. There are 50 islands and each one of them
is called “cluster”. These clusters
are surrounded by lush landscaped gardens, small
waterfalls and lagoons. This project is situated
next to Emirates Montgomerie Golf Club, Dubai Internet
City, Dubai Media City and Dubai Marina. Accordingly,
living in Jumeirah Islands is ideally close to the

cluster consists of 16 villas, of different themes:
Oasis Elevation, European Elevation, Contemporary
Elevation, Islamic Elevation, Mediterranean Elevation,
and Tropical Elevation. Among those major themes
you can chose between four to six villa types,
with three different layouts. Each villa contains
a private swimming pool, and a nicely landscaped
garden.
The
villas’ size is approximately 380 m²
distributed on two floors. All of them have double
parking space, fully equipped kitchens and bathrooms.
These villas are only offered in the resale market
and their prices start from DHS 5.8 millions.
