Al
Fattan Resort – Hotel, Residences, Marina,
Beach Club is a project that occupies one of the
most prestigious sites on Palm Jumeirah strategically
located as an icon on the right side end tip of
the outer Crescent Island.
The
project is composed of a Residential Block and a
dual Hotel Block. These three buildings together
form a foliage shape in spirit with the Palm theme.
The project footprint occupies only 30% of the land
leaving 70% for open landscape and beach promenade

This
iconic luxury Hotel and Residence with its sweeping
palm curves are contemporary in style with touches
of traditional elements executed in novel designs
and material.
Following
a contemporary approach the Hotel is finished in
slick yet warm natural cut stone. A second layer
of musharabiah patterned stainless steel skin is
applied on the hotel facades providing both a functional
role for housing the balconies as well as providing
natural sunscreen shading, all with a hint of traditional
style and flair. The grand scale and private balconies
of the main entrance lobby are reminiscent of the
internal court found in Middle Eastern architecture.
THE
RESIDENCES
Al
Fattan Residences forms the third block in the Al
Fattan Hotel on the Jumeirah Palm Crescent. The
buildings curve and stagger into sub-blocks to allow
apartments to overlook the Lagoon, the open Gulf
and Burj Al Arab.
The
Residential building comprises 96 apartments. The
units consist of 2 bedroom apartments (195-210 m²),
3 bedroom apartments (250-270 m²), 4-5 bedroom
garden townhouses that occupy an elevated ground
floor, and 4-5 bedroom penthouses (450-475 m²)
on the sixth floor crowning the building like hanging
villas with roof gardens.
The
apartments are exclusive residences with underground
parking, concierge facilities and one beach Club
House. Benefiting from their location, the Apartments
including all major rooms enjoy views to the lagoon
and/or the Gulf. All living areas are ample L-shaped
spaces allowing for two living rooms and one dining
room. Most 3-bedroom flats have a family room and
a breakfast area in the kitchen. The flats are treated
in a way where privacy is highly respected; all
apartments are planned in a way where bedrooms are
accessed without any cross circulation with the
living areas. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms,
and all units have a maid’s room. The building

THE
HOTEL
The Hotel is to be an exclusive 213-key 5 star hotel.
In addition to spacious rooms and suites, it has
a number of F&B venues with direct access to
pool deck and views to the Lagoon. It also has one
Sky Bar on the 7th floor with 360º views to
Dubai, the Palm, the Lagoon and the Arabian Gulf.
The Hotel is to provide its visitors with a large
Spa facility overlooking a cascading reflection
pool.
The
Hotel comprises of two building areas that act as
one building with an intermediate sky lit lobby/atrium.
Area ‘A’ is six floors high with a magnificent
roof top Sky Bar. It also houses all services in
the first 2 floors that fall in the shadow of Area
‘B’ which is 3 floors high and houses
the pool deck level and restaurants. Together the
two buildings form an inspiring hotel design that
cascades in levels down to the lagoon.
The
double leaf designed Hotel creates a magnificent
deck area with fun pool and one Olympic infinity
pool. The pool deck is surrounded with rich greenery
that in turn cascades down to the sandy beach.
The
hotel features also a shopping strip with 10 venues,
and a Marina and Jetty Gazebo/Café. It will
be served with a 2-level parking under block A and
B. Level 1 is VIP parking easily accessed due to
its location on road level. Level 2 provides normal
parking access. |
