Ras
Al Khaimah, located in the north of the United
Arab Emirates, has a very rich archaeological
heritage, and landscapes extremely diversified
of luxuriant vegetation, protected coasts, crystalline
beaches, as well as fertile mountains and plains,
and of course the desert.
Ras Al Khaimah lately became one of the most famous
tourist destinations in the Gulf Area. The tourists

shopping centre (Al Manara Mall), a professional
golf course, while being near Dubai (a 45 minutes
trip in the car) and at the same time away from
its Hubble Bubble.
The tourism in Ras Al Khaimah is quite different
from the one in Dubai as tourists in Ras Al Khaimah
are more into sports and adventurous activities
that are close to nature, and hence it is less
glamorous.
It’s
definitely time to invest in Ras Al Khaimah as
they are just starting to launch real estate projects,
the prices are still reasonable while the interest
in this area is on the rise. In fact Ras Al Khaimah
is expected to become a holiday destination even
for the residents of Dubai itself.
