The Cube

 
The Cube lies in the heart of Dubai Sports City and hence occupies a primordial location. It is close to a park and has a view of the lake and most importantly the sporting stadiums. The Cube is the first German tower to be designed, developed and built in Dubai, by a German company BMG. Its nickname is “green dice of Dubai” and will surely become an icon in Dubai Sports City.

The Cube includes Studios and Executive Studios entirely furnished and equipped and distributed on 27 floors. Quality finishes of the highest possible German standards run throughout, including the use of marble and bright natural stones. All apartments will be fitted with high quality kitchen equipments. This figure is calculated knowing that every investor gets a personal usage of 30 days per year for free. This shows how the management of the condo residences will optimize the value of the property through exceptional service and optimum occupancy levels by capitalizing on the booming tourist market of Dubai, this amazing city that will host the Olympics in the future. Within the 3 years period all service charges, maintenance costs and management fees are already accounted for to make your property a hassle free and self sustaining investment.

The catching point in this investment is that you don’t have to worry about floor plans, choosing the best unit in the best floor with the best view, to guarantee that it will be rented out. Indeed, the operator will pool all the revenues and deduct from them all the costs, to get the Net operating Profit. This figure will be split in half between the operator and all the investors. To match the expectations of the buyers, owning a property created and built at the highest German standards, the developer has scheduled a period of three months for remedy of defects after completion of construction in April 2008. Due to that timeframe, handover will be in summer 2008.
