Victory Heights

Victory Heights is located in Dubai Sports City, which is part of Dubai Land. Victory Heights covers an area of 25 millions sq ft in Dubai Sports City, exactly half of the total area of Dubai Sports City.

Victory Heights brings you, and your family, the perfect balance between luxurious living and an active lifestyle. Consisting of stylish villas and townhouses set in and around The Dunes, the 18-hole golf course designed by champion Ernie Els, Victory Heights provides a lush, green sporting oasis of calm that brings harmony to your busy world. Indeed, Victory Heights consists of 60% of greenery and only 40% of build up areas.

Victory Heights is a private villa community offering spacious and comfortable family living. In the first phase of the construction, there will be 900 residential units varying between attached townhouses with three bedrooms and a living area of 2150 sq ft up to 2560 sq ft, and several types of detached luxurious villas with 4, 5, or 6 bedrooms. There will be the Mirage villas with six bedrooms and 6707 sq ft, Oasis Villas type B, with 5180 sq ft and located on the Golf Course, and the Horizon Villas that come in three different types, with four to five bedrooms and sizes varying from 3200 sq ft up to 4330 sq ft. All the residences are designed in the European Classical, Mediterranean, or Spanish Andalusian styles.

The residences from the first phase will be completed between December 2007 and June 2008, and they are all sold out. The second phase of the project will be launched in the 3rd quarter of 2007.
